How To Choose The Right Product For You
Step 1 - Verify the course you are enrolled in and pay the required tuition and fees at your School, College, or University.
Step 2 - Read the course syllabus carefully for important course information. It may be attached to the instructor's welcome email.
Step 3 - Download the correct course software. Use the correct link below to download the software file you need.
Save the file to your computer and then double-click the file to open it. This will take you to the Application Assistant which will direct you to the Faulkner Press website, where you will complete the purchase process.
Step 4 - To ''Purchase'' the software from Faulkner Press, click on the "Buy" button on the opening screen of the Application Assistant to access the Registration and Purchase" webpage. (At this point you may opt for the "Try" button on the left if your financial aid is not yet available) or you may just select "Purchase Courseware" on our website and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Step 5 - Complete the Application Assistant. This will register your product and enter your name into the instructor's online gradebook.
Go to the Faulkner Press website and click on "Login" in the upper right to access your myAccount for your course procedure.
Complete the Application Assistant. If you have a question about one of the fields, click on the "?" next to the field. The program will begin to install after you type in the required information. (Installation time will vary according to computer model and operating system.) Once the installation has finished, you will be able to open the program with the icon located on the desktop.
Macintosh

Trying the Product Using the Deferment Demo
- When the Courseware is in Deferment Demo Mode you will only have access to the first three topics (readings, presentations, and practice questions) of the course.
- You will not have access to any (graded) online exams and the practice work you do will not be saved. In Deferment Demo mode the courseware is installed only for one use. You will need to reinstall if you wish to use the Deferment Demo again.
Using the Product

- 1. Select the Electronic Product from the Catalogue.
- 2. Download and Save the courseware file to your computer.
- 3. Open the file after the download has finished.
- 4. Click on the button in the "Use" area located in the lower right hand corner of the Application Assistant and input your identifying information.
- 5. Before purchase, click on the button in the "Try" area located in the lower left hand corner of the Application Assistant to use the product in deferment mode.
