* If the email receipt you recieve after registration does not contain a Registration and Serial number, please email it back to email@example.com and we will respond with a redemption code which will allow you to skip the payment process but complete the registration process again. This error happens when the user navigates with the 'back' and 'forward' buttons during the registration process and loses some of the information needed to create a student account.
* If you are unable to complete the registration process, after the Paypal payment page, the payment process has had an error. We are unable to answer payment questions, as we do not have access to your banking information. However, there are possible ways to address this issue. Paypal is our payment processor so you will have to complete the process through their website. Sometimes, creating a Paypal account will allow the process to complete. Another way is to use another payment instrument, such as a Mastercard gift card. Also, some campus bookstores sell redemption codes for our website.
